An Advent Eurythmy Workshop

As daylight shortens and darkness folds in upon us, the cold awakens our sense of self ever more strongly. The earth will soon be covered with snow: the air gets cooler, the sunlight weakens, and we human beings become inwardly excited when busy preparing for the festive season.

Join us for an eurythmy gathering to rekindle soul warmth through mindful movement and social exercises, and nourish our inner light through the dark winter months ahead.

2:30 - 4 pm, at the Polaris School and Centre, 225 Donald St, Ottawa
Suite 157, entrance C (Grade 1/2 classroom)
